Whistler Packing List

We will be staying at a hotel, so you do NOT need to bring the following:
**If you choose to bring small electronics such as your cell phones, please note that they MUST be left at the hotel during performances, as none of the festival venues will have secured storage.
- Band: instrument, including spare reeds, drum sticks and mallets, etc.
- Band & Choir: folder and sheet music, pencils
- Formal uniform: for our performances (including black neckties for the guys)
- Casual clothes for 4 days: for all times except our performances
- Walking shoes: you will be walking everywhere, so ladies I would recommend against a high fashion wardrobe!
- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, hairbrush, etc.
- $75+ for pay-own meals (3 lunches, 2 dinners – obviously you can spend more or less than this, depending on where you choose to eat; your festival passes will also include coupons for some local eateries)
- Two toonies – for bus driver tips
- Medications: Tylenol, Gravol, etc.
- Water bottle
You may also want to bring:
